It has been shown that a 10-20 min walk each day helps to reduce anxiety and stress and alleviate the effects of S.A.D.
If your walk lasts between 10-20 minutes this will allow you time to process your thoughts. If you take control of your self talk to be positive and uplifting, tension connected to situations will reduce.
When dealing with difficult problematic situations try to take slow deep breaths and count to 10. Believe it or not this will give you some space to relax and to step away from the heat of situation.
